About these terms

These terms govern the Frost & Note online store and purchases from Frost & Note. Please read them alongside our shipping, returns and privacy policies. The policies shown when you place an order form part of the information provided for that purchase. Material later changes do not retrospectively remove rights on an existing order.

Your order

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and review your order before confirming it. An automated order acknowledgement records receipt of your request; acceptance is confirmed through the order confirmation or dispatch communication. If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or an obvious listing error prevents fulfilment, we will notify you and refund any amount we cannot fulfil. We will not charge an increased price or substitute another item without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees unless otherwise displayed. The final checkout shows product charges, applicable taxes, shipping and any selected extras before payment. Payment methods are those actually available at checkout; we do not imply that every method or EMI facility is available. Payment processing is performed by the providers presented at checkout under their terms. Never share an OTP, password or PIN with customer support.

Products, authenticity and imagery

Rasasi is the manufacturer brand of Hawas Ice; Frost & Note is the retailer. Our stated direct-sourcing, authenticity, verification and packaging promises apply as described on the product page. The item offered is the stated size and concentration. Manufacturer packaging, print placement and liquid colour can vary between genuine batches; the supplied product must still match the advertised identity and description.

Some gallery images are styled visualisations of the fragrance experience. Props, fruit, flowers, linen and decorative objects are not included. The stated bottle and original presentation box are included. Fragrance notes describe the scent experience and are not an ingredient formula. Refer to the delivered manufacturer label for ingredients, batch and safety information.

Fragrance experience and safe use

Scent preference, projection and longevity vary with skin, climate, storage and application. We do not guarantee a fixed wear time or that a fragrance will smell identical on every wearer. External use only. Avoid eyes, broken or irritated skin, ingestion, flames, heat and direct sunlight. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children. Follow the manufacturer instructions.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery availability, charges and any agreed estimates are governed by the information supplied for your order and our Shipping policy. For cancellation requests, see our Cancellation policy.

Perfumes cannot be returned for change of mind or scent preference. Broken, leaking, wrong, defective, non-authentic or materially misdescribed deliveries are reviewed under our Returns & refunds policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Reviews and communications

Reviews must reflect a real experience. We may moderate spam, unlawful material, personal data and irrelevant content, without changing a customer’s opinion. Feedback supplied through our review form is considered for publication with the permission given on that form. We do not label feedback “verified buyer” without checking the purchase.

Support forms are for order, product and privacy queries. Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy. Marketing consent, where required, is separate from the processing necessary to fulfil an order or answer a request.

Website use and responsibility

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, security attacks or infringement of others’ rights. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners. Temporary website interruptions may occur; contact support if an issue affects your order. No term excludes liability, remedies or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for our own misrepresentation or defective goods.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

Indian law applies subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact us first so we can help resolve a concern. Consumer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month. You retain access to the competent consumer commissions, courts and statutory remedies; these terms do not impose compulsory private arbitration or restrict those rights.
